SuperURL (“SuperURL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a link management platform operated by GrowMeOrganic LLC, United States. We respect your right to privacy and provide this page to explain how you can request deletion of your personal data.

If you wish to delete your data from SuperURL, all requests must be submitted through our official contact page:

1. Who Can Request Data Deletion?

You may request deletion of your data if you:

  • Have created an account on SuperURL

  • Have used our platform or services

  • Have interacted with our support or marketing communications

The request must be submitted by the same email address associated with your SuperURL account for security verification.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted?

Upon successful verification, we may delete or anonymize the following:

  • Account profile information

  • Email address and contact details

  • Login identifiers (Google or Facebook association)

  • Created shortened links

  • Click analytics and usage data (where technically feasible)

  • Support communication history

Certain limited data may be retained temporarily if required for:

  • Legal compliance

  • Fraud prevention

  • Billing or audit obligations

3. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data:

  2. Submit a request with the subject line:
    “Data Deletion Request – SuperURL”

  3. Use the same email address linked to your SuperURL account.

  4. Clearly state that you are requesting deletion of your personal data.

We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

4. Processing Time

Once your request is verified:

  • Data deletion is typically completed within 7 to 30 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation once the deletion process is completed.

5. Social Login Users (Google & Facebook)

If you logged into SuperURL using Google or Facebook:

  • You may also remove SuperURL’s app access directly from your Google or Facebook account settings.

  • Removing access from the social platform does not automatically delete your SuperURL data. A formal deletion request via our contact page is still required.

6. Irreversibility of Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

  • Your account will be permanently removed.

  • All links, analytics, and associated data may become unrecoverable.

  • You will need to create a new account if you wish to use SuperURL again.

7. Legal Exceptions

We may retain certain minimal records if required by:

  • Applicable laws and regulations

  • Law enforcement requests

  • Tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations

Such retained data will be securely isolated and not used for marketing or profiling.
