This Refund Policy applies to SuperURL (“SuperURL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a link management platform operated by GrowMeOrganic LLC, United States.

By subscribing to or purchasing any paid plan on SuperURL, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. Forever Free Plan & Free Trial Availability

Before making any payment, SuperURL provides:

  • A Forever Free account to test core platform features, and

  • A 7-day free trial on any paid plan, allowing you to fully evaluate premium features before being charged.

Because users are given ample opportunity to test the platform before payment, all subsequent purchases are considered final.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments made to SuperURL are final and non-refundable.

This applies to all:

  • Monthly or annual subscriptions

  • Usage-based charges

  • Plan upgrades

  • Add-ons or feature unlocks

  • One-time purchases

Once a payment is successfully processed through Stripe, no refunds, credits, or charge reversals will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by law.

3. No Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for:

  • Partial usage of a billing cycle

  • Early cancellation of a subscription

  • Downgrades before the billing period ends

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Service Availability & Performance

SuperURL is provided on a best-effort basis. From time to time:

  • Maintenance

  • Feature updates

  • Infrastructure changes

  • Temporary downtime

may occur and do not qualify for any refund or compensation.

5. Abuse, Violations & Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to:

  • Violation of the Terms of Service

  • Hosting or sharing adult, gambling, betting, phishing, scam, malware, or any prohibited content

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity

you will not be eligible for any refund, including for unused subscription time.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through Stripe, your bank, or card issuer:

  • Violates this Refund Policy

  • May result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination

  • May lead to permanent blocking from using SuperURL

We reserve the full right to contest chargebacks that violate our policy.

7. Legal Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. In such rare cases, refunds will be issued solely through the original payment method used at checkout.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately once posted on the SuperURL website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
