By accessing or using SuperURL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

SuperURL is a link management and shortening platform that allows users to create, manage, track, and analyze URLs and related digital content.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SuperURL.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. Account Registration & Access

  • Registration is available only via Google or Facebook login.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

  • You may not share your account with others without written permission from SuperURL.

  • You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe.

  • SuperURL does not store credit or debit card data.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Failure of payment may result in account suspension or downgrade.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (Strict)

You agree NOT to use SuperURL to create, distribute, or promote any links that fall into the following prohibited categories:

🚫 Strictly Prohibited Content

You may NOT use SuperURL for:

  • Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content

  • Gambling, betting, casinos, or wagering platforms

  • Phishing, scams, impersonation, or fraudulent schemes

  • Malware, spyware, ransomware, or harmful software

  • Illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances

  • Hate speech, violence, or extremist content

  • Deceptive affiliate links or misleading redirects

  • Traffic arbitrage or deceptive ad redirection

  • Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws

🚨 Zero-Tolerance Enforcement

If SuperURL detects or reasonably suspects that your account is being used for any prohibited activity:

  • Your links may be disabled immediately without notice

  • Your account may be suspended or permanently terminated

  • Any remaining balance or subscription fees will be forfeited

  • We may report violations to law enforcement or relevant authorities

SuperURL uses automated systems, Google security services, and manual review to detect abuse.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Use SuperURL only for lawful purposes

  • Ensure that all links you create comply with these Terms

  • Be solely responsible for the content behind your shortened links

  • Maintain accurate account information at all times

SuperURL is not responsible for the content hosted on destination URLs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, logos, and trademarks related to SuperURL are the exclusive property of GrowMeOrganic LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the platform

  • Use our branding without written permission

  • Create competing services using our proprietary systems

You retain ownership of your own content and destination URLs.

8. Link Moderation & Takedown

SuperURL reserves the absolute right to:

  • Scan, review, and moderate any shortened links

  • Disable or delete any link at its sole discretion

  • Cooperate with government or legal authorities when required

We are not obligated to provide advance notice before disabling harmful or suspicious links.

9. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

  • Permanent availability of any specific feature

Maintenance, outages, and upgrades may occur without notice.

10. Data & Analytics Accuracy

SuperURL provides click tracking and analytics on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that all analytics data will be:

  • Fully accurate

  • Real-time

  • Free from temporary discrepancies

We are not liable for decisions made based on analytics data.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in prohibited content

  • Your payments fail repeatedly

  • We receive legal or regulatory complaints

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination:

  • Your access will be revoked

  • Your data may be deleted after the retention period

  • No refunds will be issued unless required by law

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperURL and GrowMeOrganic LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Misuse of shortened links by third parties

  • Service interruptions or security breaches beyond reasonable control

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperURL and GrowMeOrganic LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • The content behind your shortened links

14. Privacy

Your use of SuperURL is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data. By using the service, you agree to both these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective once posted on our website.

Your continued use of SuperURL after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
